5. Peanut Butter S’mores Brownies – Inspiring Cooks
I don’t know if you’re like me but I love making and eat S’mores. The problem is they are really messy and rather expensive since you have to buy a full-size candy bar for each person.
I have a big family so we’re talking like a lot of candy bars. I decided to come up with a S’mores recipe that is still delicious and yet easy to make and even easier to eat. I also love how I can make it ahead of time and serve it when it’s time.
The only negative thing about this is you don’t have the fun of roasting the marshmallows. But you really don’t need to make this in place of S’mores on the camp fire. You can make this any time you want and any time of the year. Now, that’s a big plus.
6. Homemade Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bundt Cake – Inspiring Cooks
This is my sister’s favorite cake. She asks for it every year for her birthday cake. It’s really nice and moist with the pumpkin in it. My mom likes making it because she isn’t good at making frosting.
We don’t like frosting on this cake so it works out great. The hardest thing about making it is getting it out of the pan. A few secrets we’ve learned after making this at least 30 times. Make sure you great and flour the bundt pan really really good.
I’m talking a lot of butter on the sides and bottom. The other problem is that the chocolate chips always sink to the bottom while it’s baking. Then they are all clumped together and aren’t spread around evenly and make it even harder to get it out of the pan.
The secret is to use mini chocolate chips or chop regular chocolate chips up into small pieces. That way gravity and the weight of the larger chips doesn’t make them sink down to the bottom which when taken out of the pan ends up being the top.

I put about half of the marshmallows back in for the cookies. My kids and their cousins had a blast picking the marshmallows out of the cereal. Probably because they got to eat half of them.
