The crunch of the pomegranate seeds is delightful and the marshmallows becomes like little sponges. If you only eat this once a year for Christmas it well be well worth it.

This is a thick and gooey pecan pie with caramelized deliciousness. It doesn’t have any tofu or corn syrup which was the goal. It uses saltine crackers which adds body and acts as a filler while it gives it an undertone of saltiness.
