I love smoothies because I can make them quickly, eat them for a snack or part of a meal, and put a lot of fruit and veggies in and it will taste delicious.
The peanut butter that I like to use is from Sprouts Market since I can grind peanuts myself at the market, and there is nothing else added to it, like other peanut butter that is packed with hydrogenated oils.
I have just become aware of a product called PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter. It is a powdered peanut butter, made by squeezing natural oils out of the peanut and then dehydrating what’s left, yielding a powder in which 90% of the fat is removed from the peanut.
